These are our general, standard terms and conditions. Some products, courses or events may have additional or alternative terms and conditions, and will be specified at checkout.

*Seminar Services refer to any offering made by and through REAL Entrepreneur, Inc such as a product/service, online summit, online webinar, online product, online service, live event etc. 

There is a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase where you can request cancellation and/or a refund. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 7 days of purchase and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. However if the product/service has been accessed within this time the cooling off period is no longer applicable, and you are no longer eligible for a refund. Should a refund request be successful, a maximum refund of 90% of the purchase price will be paid to the customer via the same payment method used to purchase the Seminar Service (a 10% administration fee is retained).

  1. ENGAGEMENT:

The customer agrees to purchase from REAL Entrepreneur, Inc the Seminar Services offered as stipulated above and/or overleaf. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions contained in this herein and agree that the customers purchase together with these Terms & Conditions form a contract between the customer and REAL Entrepreneur, Inc.

REAL Entrepreneur, Inc endorses all of the Seminar Services offered and customer satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from REAL Entrepreneur, Inc (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, and live event on-site purchases etc.) are covered by the following policies.

  1. COOLING OFF PERIOD | CANCELLATIONS | REFUNDS:

Any cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@realsuccess.net within 7 days of purchase and they will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

There is a 7 day cooling off period from the date of purchase where the customer can request cancellation/refund. However if the Seminar Service has been accessed within the 7 day cooling off period, the cooling off period is no longer applicable, and the customer is no longer eligible for a refund.

Should a refund request be successful, a maximum refund of 90% of the purchase price will be paid to the customer via the same payment method used to purchase the Seminar Service (a 10% administration fee is retained).

Should a refund request fall outside of the 7 day cooling off period, the customer will not be eligible for a refund. In addition to, and for the avoidance of doubt, REAL Entrepreneur, Inc shall not refund any sums to the customer as a result of late arrival to, non-attendance of, or withdrawal from the Seminar Services for any reason whatsoever. 

For products/services where you receive access immediately we do not offer any refunds.

No refunds will be offered for eBooks or instant downloads.

  1. INSTALLMENTS:

The customer acknowledges that paying in installments may result in additional fees being incurred that may be due and/or owing to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc. All payments will be made without set off, deduction or counterclaim unless otherwise agreed upon. Should the customer not pay to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc an installment sum by the installment payment date as agreed, then all monies owing by the customer to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc shall become due and owing, and must immediately be paid to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc without setoff or deduction or counterclaim and without need for further demand. If a Seminar Service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of the agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc and will not be refunded, and access to any Seminar Service will be removed.

  1. SEMINAR SERVICE CANCELLATIONS:

The customer understands that REAL Entrepreneur, Inc may cancel Seminar Services for any reason whatsoever by providing the customer written notice. 

Live Events:

All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason the customer is unable to attend, they can request a 100% credit at our online store or use the credit for a future live event. Please contact our Helpdesk on help@realsuccess.net regarding all ticket questions.

Third Party Live Events:

Any live events that are fulfilled by third party suppliers are non-refundable, with no exceptions.  If for any reason the customer is unable to attend, they can request a 100% credit at our online store or use the credit for a future live event. The customer hereby agrees that in the event that the Seminar Services are cancelled by REAL Entrepreneur, Inc, the customer is only entitled to a full refund of the payment made to REAL Entrepreneur, Inc free of any interest and charges, and the customer will not be entitled to claim against REAL Entrepreneur, Inc for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which they may have incurred or suffered as a result of such a cancellation. The customer further acknowledges that REAL Entrepreneur, Inc shall have no further liability to them in respect to the cancellation.

REAL Entrepreneur, Inc retains the right to reschedule an event to a different date, time or venue (whether online or at a physical location) instead of cancelling the event. In the case that the customer is not able to attend an event after it has been rescheduled, the client may be eligible to claim a credit at our online store.
